Dinner dates with ian bates – my pop-up restaurant
I am delighted that very well-respected local chef, Ian Bates, is cooking regularly at my pop-up restaurant at The Cross at Croscombe. Ian has been cooking for over 30 years and has worked in the kitchens of some of the best places to eat in Somerset, London and France!
Ian’s menus are always seasonal, fresh and simple and the atmosphere here is relaxed and informal. Residents and non-residents can take advantage of Ian’s fantastic cooking.
