Booking Accommodation

To reserve a room, please input your credit or debit card details. Payment will be taken at the end of your stay. Guests may cancel up to 48 hours prior to arrival at no charge. Terms may vary for group bookings or for long stays. Please contact me to discuss you requirements.

Room reservations can also be made by calling 01749 343352. Payment options are credit or debit card or BACS.

Functions & Private Hire

A deposit is required when booking a function or exclusive use of The Cross at Croscombe. As a guideline, 50% of the value of the booking is required 2 months before the event. The balance will need to be paid one week prior to the event.

Cancellations

General bedroom bookings

If a room booking is cancelled more than 48 hours before arrival, no charge will be incurred. If a room booking is cancelled less than 48 hours before arrival the first night will be charged.

Separate terms relate to larger bookings, private hire and self catering.

I reserve the right to cancel a booking not less than 60 days from the arrival date without any liability for any expense or consequential losses sustained by the guest. This action will only be taken in exceptional circumstances.

Damage

I reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred to The Cross at Croscombe and amend prices and facilities at my discretion.

Insurance

Recommended in the event of cancellation.

General Behaviour

It is expected that all guests will be respectful of other residents and staff.

This website and the use of it is governed by English law and English courts shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any related disputes.
