Introduction

Your personal information is exactly that – personal, so it is not shared with any other company for their marketing purposes. The Cross at Croscombe employs only a handful of trusted people who process bookings and transactions.

What personal information is collected?

In order to process a booking the following information may be required;

Full name, postal address, telephone number, email address, credit card details, bank name, bank sort code and bank account number.

How is this personal information used?

This personal information is used to make your reservation (and a reservation for any other members in your party). It may also be used to issue the refund of a deposit. (Please read my Terms & Conditions for information on refunds and cancellations.)

Credit & debit card details will only be stored for the purpose of taking legitimate payment for services provided.

If you elect to tick the box on the Guest Reservation Form to receive my email newsletter this will be emailed to the address given. Every email newsletter contains clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. Alternatively, please contact me by phone, email or letter to unsubscribe. (See the ‘My contact details’ section at the bottom of this page.)

Your personal details are never passed to any other companies for their marketing purposes.

Disclosure of personal information

Your personal information will only be disclosed in response to a valid, legally compliant request by a government authority or law enforcement agency.

If you have elected to receive my email newsletter (by completing the online subscription form or by ticking the opt in box on the Guest Registration Form) only your name and email address will be given to a trusted third party which performs the service of delivering email campaigns. This company will have their own strict, confidentiality rules.

What marketing information is sent?

Only those people who have elected to opt in to receive my newsletter or who have a legitimate interest in my business will be emailed with my newsletter. Every email newsletter contains clear instructions on how to unsubscribe. You will also receive regular updates and news if you have chosen to follow The Cross at Croscombe on social media (such as Facebook or Twitter).
