Kate started her catering career with an apprenticeship at the 3 starred Michelin restaurant, Le Gavroche, under the tutorship of Albert Roux. Cheffing for luxury yachts and private resorts in the Caribbean, the Jockey Club in Saratoga, and European Villas followed. Since settling in Somerset, Kate’s ongoing passion for the culinary arts has seen her skills much sought after for private lunches, dinners and weddings. Kate sources many of her organic ingredients from local markets, by foraging and by growing her own vegetables.
