To reserve a room full payment for the first night is required in advance. Terms may vary for large bookings or for longer stays. Please contact me to discuss.
If you are booking online via www.cross-croscombe.co.uk you will need to pay at the time of booking. All online bookings via this website are processed by Paypal.
You can also reserve a room by telephoning me 01749 343352. I can then take payment either by cheque, credit or debit card.
Functions & Private Hire
A deposit is required if booking a function or exclusive use of The Cross. As a guideline 50% of the value of the booking will be required 2 months before the event with the balance being paid one week prior to the event.
General bedroom bookings, if cancelled 48 hours prior to arrival no charge will be incurred. After this the deposit will be retained.
Separate terms will relate to larger bookings, private hire and self catering.
I reserve the right to cancel a booking not less than 60 days from the arrival date without any liability for any expense or consequential losses sustained by the guest. This action will only be taken in exceptional circumstances.
No information will be passed onto third parties.
Credit & Debit card details will only be stored for the purpose of taking legitimate payment for services provided.
I reserve the right to charge for any damage incurred to The Cross and amend prices and facilities at my discretion.
Recommended in the event of cancellation.
It is expected that all guests will be respectful of other residents.
Collection of data
We may collect personal contact information from you if, for example, you submit a form. You can later request to have this information modified or removed from our systems. We use this information to carry out the action requested. Your personal details are not disclosed to any third parties.
IP addresses and server logs
This site records IP addresses and produces server logs. This information is used solely for monitoring the volume of traffic the site receives and measuring the number of visitors. We do not use the information for tracking the activities of individual visitors to this site.
